This is a classroom based session covering all aspects of open water swimming in our local areas, and further afield.
We will cover topics such as currents, tides, weather conditions, risk assessing, kit, local knowledge, pre-swim planning and more.
The aim of this session is to equip you with vital knowledge of how to plan your open water swims safely and successfully, wherever you may be.
As well as covering broader topics, this will also be an interactive discussion where you will be able to get the information that really matters to you.
Bryce Davies is a qualified beach lifeguard, open water swim coach, and an experienced all-year, all-weather open water sea and channel swimmer.
